1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.

2. Free Store Pickup

  • Pickup is 100% FREE for all orders.

  • You may collect your items from our designated pickup location once you receive the “Ready for Pickup” notification.

  • Please bring your confirmation email or order number when picking up your order.

3. Local Delivery (Within 10 KM)

  • Free local delivery is offered for all orders within a 10 km radius from our location.

  • Deliveries are usually completed within 2–4 days after order processing.

  • You will be contacted to confirm delivery time.

4. Delivery Outside 10 KM Radius

  • For deliveries beyond 10 km but within our serviceable area, a flat delivery fee of AED 30 applies.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on distance but typically range from 2–4 days.

5. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver within the UAE.

  • If your location is outside our normal coverage zone, we will contact you with available options and any additional charges.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your address and contact information are correct at checkout.

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete details, additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Delivery Issues or Damages

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
